Found your blog via Damn the Broccoli's, hope that you don't mind if I pull up a chair and tag along for a while?

It's not just the Classics, I found 'The Book of The Farm' on google books and m'lady found 'The Family Save All, A System of Secondary Cooking' ie leftovers.

If it's out of copyright there are some fab sources of info that may be one hundred years old, but info that had served for thousands of years in some cases!

Worth noting they will never replace the smell of an old book though.
